Tony, between 1994 and 1999 was the Company Secretary & General Counsel of Societe Bancaire Merchant Bankers, a Swiss/French owned Banking institution, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and over-saw the Human Resources and Corporate Services departments of the Bank as well.
Tobenna Erojikwe

Tobenna heads the firm's finance, energy & major projects practice group.
He is admitted to practice in Nigeria, and in England and Wales, and has had significant practice experience in both jurisdictions. Tobenna's core areas of practice are energy and natural resources; corporate finance; project finance; public private-partnerships; construction & real estate and mergers and acquisitions.
Oseinoma Okpeku

Ose heads the employment law, HR and immigration practice team. He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria Nsukka and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001.
He has a master's degree in employment law and international labour standards, and a master's degree in human resource management, from the University of South Wales. Prior to joining The Law Crest LLP, he worked for one of the top four retailers in the United Kingdom as a senior human resource executive and head of recruitment projects.
Okechukwu Umemuo

Okechukwu heads the Advocacy, Dispute Resolution and Tax Practice Team of the Firm. He is a consummate trial lawyer with extensive trial experience before all Superior Courts of record and the National Industrial Court.
He has also appeared before other Tribunals including the ECOWAS Court of Justice, Tax Appeal Tribunal, Industrial Arbitration Panel, Investment and Securities Tribunal etc. He has distinguished himself at the Appellate Courts where he has argued several Reported Cases.
