Olatunji is a member of the Firm's Advocacy, Dispute Resolution and Tax Practice Team. He is also a member of the Finance, Energy & Major Projects Practice Team and the Employment Law & Immigration Practice Team. Olatunji has worked on several complex litigation matters in different areas of practice including Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, Taxation, Labour and Industrial Relations. Prior to joining The Law Crest LLP, Olatunji worked as an Associate for several
years with Paul Usoro & Co.
Agyoh Caleb Terzungwe
Associate
Caleb is an Associate in the Business Advisory Team. Caleb graduated with a 2nd Class Upper from
Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti in 2015 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016 after graduating
with a 2nd Class Upper from the Nigerian Law School. Caleb is an astute Solicitor regularly involved
in Corporate and Commercial Law. He also advises on Mergers, Acquisitions and Capital
Restructuring, Capital Markets, Regulatory Compliance and Completion.
Onyinye Nnoli
Associate
Onyinye Nnoli is a member of the Firm's Advocacy, Dispute Resolution and Tax Practice Team. She is
also a member of the Employment Law, Immigration & IP Practice Team. Her resourcefulness
ensures that she regularly works in both teams to meet client's expectations. Onyinye is a graduate
of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and she was a winner of the Director-General's Prize for First Class
Students at the Nigerian Law School.
Oluwatoyin Oladejo
Associate
Oluwatoyin is an Associate in the Business Advisory Team of the Firm. She regularly provides
compliance and corporate governance advice to several of the Firm's Clients including
companies and non-governmental organization. She graduated from the University of Jos with a
Second-class Upper degree in Law and she obtained her LLM from University of Jos. She was called
to the Nigerian Bar in 2016.
