Oluwafemi Hephzibah is an Associate in the Business Advisory Practice Team where he supports the Firm in delivering practical, commercially focused, and client-oriented legal solutions.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University and graduated from the Nigerian Law School with a Second-Class Upper Division. His practice spans key areas of the Firm, including Business Advisory, Corporate Governance and Real Estate. He has experience supporting clients on corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance matters, and Tenancy matters across diverse sectors.
Oluwafemi is recognised for his analytical approach, diligence, and reliability in handling legal matters. He combines sound legal reasoning with a practical understanding of clients’ objectives, enabling him to contribute effectively to strategic and commercially viable outcomes.
