Damilola Akinlonu is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial and Business Advisory Team, where he supports the delivery of strategic and commercially focused legal solutions to domestic and international clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Benson Idahosa University and advises on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, board-level governance, and general business advisory matters. His experience includes supporting complex transactions and providing regulatory guidance to ensure alignment with evolving legal and compliance frameworks.
Damilola Akinlonu is recognized for his solution-driven mindset and ability to deliver under pressure on high-stakes and fast-paced matters. He combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of commercial realities, enabling him to provide clear, actionable advice to clients. He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
