Ken-Williams is an Associate of the Energy, Finance and Major Projects and the Tax Advisory team. He attended the University of Lagos and graduated with a First Class from the Nigerian Law School, Kano.
Ken-Williams advises on Tax Compliance, Real Estate, and Energy & Finance transactions, among others. Ken-Williams is always on call to provide tax advisory services to clients on stand-alone or transaction-driven matters.
Ken-Williams shows strong insights in debt and equity financing as well as restructuring of loan facilities. He has acted on behalf of the Firm in complex finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
