Kelechi Okoli
Kelechi serves as the Business Development Lead at the firm, where she drives strategic growth initiatives and fosters client relationships. In addition to her core responsibilities, she provides cross-functional support to other teams when needed, demonstrating her versatility and collaborative spirit.
She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Calabar (2006) and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration from Lagos State University. Kelechi is also a qualified legal practitioner, having been called to the Nigerian Bar.
Her expertise in the banking industry forms the backbone of her success at the firm. Kelechi began her banking career in 2009 with GTHomes, a former subsidiary of GTBank. Over the years, she has excelled across multiple areas, including treasury management, business development, debt recovery, real estate, and product development. Her diverse experience and proven track record make her a key driver of innovation and growth within the firm.
