The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced a revision of its service fees for all business related registrations, taking effect on August 1st, 2025. In its notice dated 17 day of June 2025, the CAC explained that this initiative aims to enhance service delivery through technology and improve customer experience.

Current Fees Accepted Until July 15th, 2025: To ensure your requests are processed at the current rates, please submit them by July 15th, 2025. Any submissions after this date will be subject to the new
fees.
