Priscilia Obioha
Priscilia Eyimily Obioha is the Practice and Human Resources Manager of The Law Crest LLP, where she provides strategic oversight of the Firm’s operations, people management, and administrative functions.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from a reputable Nigerian university and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. She also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from a leading Nigerian institution.
With over 13 years of combined experience spanning legal practice management, corporate advisory, and human resources administration, Priscilia has developed a strong track record in driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting organisational growth. Her professional experience includes roles in in-house legal teams within leading manufacturing companies and practice management in a top-tier law firm, where she oversaw legal operations, compliance, HR management, and strategic administration.
Priscilia is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and a member of the Association of Law Firm Administrators Nigeria (ALAN). She is deeply committed to strengthening law firm governance, enhancing people and culture, and fostering a work environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and professional excellence.
