Priscilia Obioha
Priscilia Obioha is the Practice and HR Manager of The Law Crest LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from the University of Benin and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. She also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos.
With over 13 years of combined experience in legal practice management, corporate advisory, and human resources administration, Priscilia has built a strong track record in driving operational efficiency and supporting organisational growth. Before joining The Law Crest LLP, she served as in-house counsel in leading manufacturing companies and later as Practice Manager in a top-tier law firm, where she oversaw key aspects of legal operations, compliance, HR, and strategic administration.
Priscilia is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and a member of the Association of Law Firm Administrators Nigeria (ALAN). She is passionate about strengthening law firm governance, enhancing people and culture, and fostering an environment that supports productivity and professional excellence. She enjoys engaging in intellectually stimulating conversations and approaches challenges with clarity and confidence.
