Onyinye Ndubuisi
Onyinye Ndubuisi is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Team, where she supports the delivery of practical, commercially sound, and regulatory-focused legal solutions.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar after obtaining her B.L qualification from the Nigerian Law School, qualifying her as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Her practice spans corporate litigation, tax law, regulatory compliance, and general corporate advisory matters. She advises businesses on navigating complex regulatory frameworks, managing legal risks, and resolving disputes efficiently. Her experience includes supporting tax dispute resolution, developing compliance strategies, and providing advisory services tailored to clients’ commercial objectives.
