Oluwatoyin Oladejo
Oluwatoyin Oladejo is a Senior Associate in the Business Advisory, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy and Protection Practice Teams of the Firm. She regularly provides compliance and corporate governance advice to several of the firm's clients including local and multi-national companies and non-governmental organizations towards achieving optimal compliance and performance. She also has extensive experience in interfacing with government and regulatory agencies.
Oluwatoyin has relevant expertise in general legal advisory, company formations and restructuring, company secretarial, regulatory compliance and government relations and corporate commercial legal practice. She is actively involved in most of the Firm’s corporate commercial transactions by leading in the review of the regulatory and compliance aspects of such transactions. She is an astute commercial lawyer, tactical, hardworking and goal oriented.
She graduated from the University of Jos with a Second-class Upper degree in Law, and she obtained her LLM from University of Jos. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016.
Oluwatoyin is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, Nigeria and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, Nigerian Branch.
Oluwatoyin is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). She is the current Secretary of the Regulatory Engagements Committee of the Nigeria Bar Association-Section of Business Law.
