Bukunmi Kolawole is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial and Business Advisory Team, where she advises clients on a broad range of commercial and business matters across multiple sectors.
Her practice spans finance, energy and major projects, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and data protection. She provides legal support on complex regulatory and transactional issues, assisting businesses in structuring operations, mitigating risk, and navigating evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.
Bukunmi adopts a practical and commercially focused approach, delivering advice that aligns with clients’ strategic objectives and operational realities. She graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Ibadan and the Nigerian Law School, ranking among the top of her cohorts. This strong academic foundation underpins her analytical rigour and commitment to delivering high-quality, tailored legal solutions in line with the Firm’s standards of excellence and professionalism.
