Ololade Aliyu
Ololade Aliyu is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial and Business Advisory Team, where he supports the delivery of practical, commercially focused, and value- driven legal solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from one of the foremost Federal Universities in Nigeria and he holds membership with the Nigerian Bar Association and the Corporate Finance Institute.
Ololade regularly advises a wide range of domestic and international clients on financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, energy and projects, and general business advisory matters. His work involves providing legal support on complex commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and strategic business decisions.
He brings a well-rounded perspective to his team, having gained experience advising on transactional and regulatory matters, as well as working within an in-house legal environment, which enhances his understanding of clients’ commercial objectives and operational realities.
