Jelilat Mustapha
Jelilat Mustapha is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial and Business Advisory Team, where she supports the delivery of practical, commercially sound, and regulatory-focused legal solutions across multiple practice areas.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Lagos, graduating with a Second-Class Upper Division, and was called to the Nigerian Bar. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria.
Jelilat advises clients across diverse industries on corporate governance, and general business advisory matters. Her experience includes providing company secretarial services, regulatory advisory and liaison support, contract drafting, and due diligence on complex commercial transactions.
She is recognised for her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Jelilat combines legal precision with practical business insight, enabling her to deliver tailored and actionable solutions that support regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and advance clients’ strategic objectives.
