She provides advisory on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, company secretarial support, and regulatory compliance. She has also worked on various corporate transactions, including corporate restructurings, due diligence exercises, negotiation and drafting of transaction documents across diverse sectors. Idunnu is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
