Frances is an Associate in the Business Advisory Team of the Firm (The Law Crest LLP). She regularly provides compliance and corporate governance advice to several of the Firm's Clients including companies and non- governmental organization.
She is hardworking and dedicated to ensuring that the needs of clients are met timeously, she has garnered considerable experience in Company secretarial services, Data protection, Intellectual property and Business advisory.
She graduated from Ebonyi State University, Abakiliki, Ebonyi State and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021. She graduated from both the University and the Law School with a Second-class Upper degree.
