The practice has a unique combination of Human Resources and Labour Law Practitioners. Our key team members amongst others include the founding Chairman and immediate past Chairman respectively, of the Committee on Employment and Industrial Relations of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association and are members of the U.K based Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Over the years, we have garnered extensive experience in the resolution of trade disputes and regularly represent our clients in negotiating collective agreements as well as the gamut of the dispute resolution process provided under the Trade Disputes Act involving mediation, conciliation and arbitration.

The Firm is regularly engaged by multinationals and other companies as well as government bodies and NGOs to review their HR policies and practices to ensure that they are compliant with extant laws and recent judicial decisions.  

Our expertise in this area is further strengthened by the educational qualifications and practical experience of some our key personnel as they not only have employment law and human resource educational/professional qualifications, but have also worked as HR practitioners.
