As an HRCI (“International Human Resource Certification”)-certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Efechia Anuku functions as the Firm's Practice Manager and manages the human capital management, information technology and science, planning and business functions of TLC. With her wealth of experience in business operations and law office management, she ensures that the right processes and policies are in place, to enable the firm to perform effectively.
Prior to joining The Law Crest LLP, Efechia worked in reputable law firms and organizations across oil and gas, consulting and legal services sectors where she garnered valuable experience.
Efechia Anuku is an alumnus of the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State (2008) where she graduated with a Second-class Upper degree. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009 and graduated with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division). She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and an Associate of the Association of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (“ICSAN”). Efechia is also a member of the Association of Law Firm Administrators of Nigeria (“ALAN”)
