Dolapo Adedeji
Dolapo Adedeji is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial and Business Advisory Team, where he supports the delivery of strategic and commercially focused legal solutions to domestic and international clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Lagos and advises on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, board-level governance, and general business advisory matters. His experience includes supporting complex transactions and providing regulatory guidance to ensure alignment with evolving legal and compliance frameworks.
Dolapo is recognised for his solution-driven mindset and ability to deliver under pressure on high-stakes and fast-paced matters. He combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of commercial realities, enabling him to provide clear, actionable advice to clients.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Compliance Institute of Nigeria, and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators as well as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
