Daniel Bisi-Aretola is an Associate at The Law Crest LLP and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He is involved in advising and representing clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, with a growing interest in business advisory and the legal aspects of banking and finance.
Daniel obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from Imo State University graduating among the top 10 students of his class. He graduated with First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law School. His academic achievements reflect a strong foundation in legal principles and a commitment to professional excellence. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, which aligns with his interest in alternative dispute resolution and his dedication to efficient, client-focused outcomes.
Daniel brings a disciplined and analytical approach to legal practice and is passionate about delivering commercially sound legal solutions. His areas of interest include business advisory, banking and finance, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution.
