The Firm has acted as advisors and project consultants to several multi-million Dollar Real Estate acquisition, development and construction projects and contracts on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT), Build, Operate and Own (BOO), Build Operate and Manage (BOM) and other basis.
The Firm is also involved in negotiating the acquisition of property, preparation and perfection of Deeds of Assignment and Leases, Tenancy Agreements, Powers of Attorney and Mortgages amongst others and in obtaining statutory consents, approvals and registrations incidental to these transactions.
