Agyoh Caleb Terzungwe
Caleb is a Senior Associate within the firm’s Business Advisory Team, where he advises corporate and individual clients on diverse real estate transactions, construction, project finance and regulatory compliance. Caleb graduated with a 2nd Class Upper from Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti in 2015 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016 after graduating with a 2nd Class Upper from the Nigerian Law School.
Caleb also advises on mergers and acquisitions, capital restructuring, capital Markets, and regulatory compliance. He was involved in advising a leading Agro-allied company on its N2.9 billion Rights Issue and a leading commercial bank on its N100 billion sukuk issuance programme. He has also advised on some debt finance and infrastructure-project transactions.
Caleb is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). Beyond his legal capabilities, Caleb enjoys coaching teenagers, watching movies, and travelling.
