Kingsley Itodo is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Team, where he contributes to the delivery of strategic, commercially sound, and client-focused legal solutions.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015 and has over a decade of post-call experience. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.), with a focus on Secured Credit Transactions, Planning Law, and Oil and Gas Law, reflecting his strong grounding in commercial and sector-specific legal practice.
Kingsley’s practice is primarily focused on dispute resolution, with significant experience in arbitration, litigation, and mediation proceedings. He has advised and represented clients in complex employment disputes, as well as matters arising in the real estate, oil and gas, and construction sectors. He is adept at developing practical legal strategies that align with clients’ commercial objectives.
In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Kingsley is experienced in corporate and commercial matters, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. His approach combines technical precision with a clear understanding of business realities, ensuring effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
He is recognised for his diligence, sound legal judgment, and ability to navigate complex legal issues, consistently contributing to outcomes that support clients’ legal and business interests.
