Onyebuchi Omiko is an Associate in the Firm’s Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Practice, where he supports the delivery of clear, effective, and client-focused litigation solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a reputable Nigerian university and was called to the Nigerian Bar after completing the Nigerian Law School programme.
Onyebuchi’s practice is centred on civil and commercial litigation, with experience representing individuals, corporate entities, and institutions before courts across Nigeria. His work covers disputes arising from contractual breaches, corporate and employment matters, debt recovery, tort claims, and general commercial disputes. He is skilled in drafting persuasive court processes, developing well-considered case strategies, and conducting thorough legal research in support of clients’ interests.
