Ololade Aliyu
Ololade Aliyu is an Associate across the various commercial practice groups of the firm. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from the University of Ilorin. He regularly advises a wide range domestic and international entities with focus on financing, acquisitions and general business advisory.
Prior to joining the firm, he had gained valuable cognate experience having worked at a popular Lagos firm where he advised on transactional and regulatory issues, as well as a brief stint in the legal department of a global conglomerate.
Ololade’s core practice areas include finance, mergers and acquisitions, energy, and projects.
