Frances is an Associate in the Business Advisory Team of the Firm. She regularly provides compliance
and corporate governance advice to several of the Firm's Clients including companies and non-
governmental organization. She graduated from Ebonyi State University, Abakiliki, Ebonyi State
and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021. She graduated from both the University and the Law
School with a Second-class Upper degree.
