Tobenna Erojikwe



Tobenna is a Partner with the Law Crest LLP. He regularly advises clients on a broad range of commercial transactions and regulatory compliance matters, including public private partnerships, joint ventures, loan syndications, public procurement, corporate restructuring, probate and real estate.

Prior to his current role he had 8 years’ post qualification private and public sector practice experience as a solicitor in England working on Joint Venture Structures, Complex Real Estate Projects, Contracts, Public Procurements, Project & Corporate Finance, Compulsory Acquisitions/Compensation, Public Private Partnerships and Urban Regeneration. He was for many years the Legal Adviser to the London Borough of Barnet on Urban Regeneration, leading on the legal aspects of the planning and implementation of 7 major multi billion pounds public private partnership urban regeneration and infrastructure development PPP schemes.

He has delivered seminar papers on the area of Urban Regeneration Law, Public Private Partnerships & Governmental Compliance and has provided Law Society of England and Wales accredited training to Surveyors, Lawyers, finance professionals and project managers involved in urban Regeneration and infrastructure development regeneration and infrastructure development PPP schemes.

He heads the Public Sector, Urban Regeneration and Real Estate practice team and the Finance, Investment and Insolvency Practice Teams of the Firm.
